University
The School of Medicine affiliated with the University of Turin is a renowned institution for training in the biomedical and healthcare fields. Among the seven departments within the School, the Department of Clinical and Biological Sciences (to which our laboratory belongs) and the Department of Oncology are part of the context of the San Luigi Gonzaga University Hospital in Orbassano.
At the Department of Clinical and Biological Sciences (DSCB), students in bachelor's and doctoral programs can gain experience in the field of research and, in general, in laboratory settings, thereby contributing to the education of future scientists and researchers.
In addition to hosting students from various degree programs, the service also accommodates other training entities, contributing to their professional development.
For several years now, the Clinical Pharmacology Service has established a collaboration with the ITS, a non-academic tertiary education institution, hosting students for a period of training internship.
High school
The Service has an active agreement with several high schools in Piedmont to enable work-study programs (formerly known as school-work alternance) projects.
In July 2023, the Piedmont Regional Council unanimously approved Regional Guidelines in the field of gender medicine. One of these guidelines involves conducting and disseminating a census through an online questionnaire aimed at teaching staff at UniTO regarding gender-specific teaching activities.
If you are part of the teaching staff of University of Turin, we invite you to complete the Gender-Specific Medicine Census in UniTO's Teaching.
We would like to inform you that the survey is completely anonymous: the system will not store any information that can potentially be used to link responses to individual individuals, and the data will be analyzed only in an aggregated manner.
Thank you for your contribution!
